該機的主要結構如圖三機構簡圖所示，它主要由以下部分組成：

（1）       機架、（2）傳動機構、（3）試模小車、（4）試件、（5）碾輪組件、（6）油缸組件控制箱、（7）液壓站、（8）溫度傳感器、（9）導軌等。

車轍試樣成型機機器結構技術指標：

1、試模規格：300×300×（30~100mm）

2、試模車的行程為300mm。

3、試模的高度變化值為30~100mm。

4、碾輪的壓力在0~20KN內，可任意調整。

5、碾輪的半徑為500mm，寬度為300mm。

6、碾瓦預熱20~200℃，可任意設定，（通常設定為100）

7、碾壓輪線的壓力為300N/cm.（碾壓輪寬為30cm，故正壓力應為9KN）

8、整機的外形尺寸為1750×1216×640mm。

9、整機的重量為500Kg。

10、連機功率為3KW。
