Western blot analysis of NEFL antibody (Center R185) in Y79 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). NEFL (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
NEFL Antibody (Center R185) (RB18878) IHC analysis in formalin fixed ａnd paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody ａnd DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the NEFL Antibody (Center R185) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
