Western blot analysis of NLRP3 Antibody (N-term) in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).NLRP3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Application

NLRP3 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed ａnd paraffin embedded human lymph tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody ａnd DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the NLRP3 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
