mEHEC Broth in bags is used for selective enrichment of Salmonella, Enterohemorrhagic E. coli during bacteriological examination of water, milk ａnd foods. The media contains tryptone that provides nitrogenous ａnd carbonaceous compounds, amino acids ａnd other essential growth nutrients. It contains buffereing agents ａnd selective substances, but the exact composition is proprietary ａnd cannot not be disclosed.
應用
mEHEC Broth in bags is used for selective enrichment of Salmonella, Enterohemorrhagic E.coli O157:H7, ａnd non-O157 Shiga toxin-producing E. coli in selected foods. Specially validated for use with Assurance GDS®, TRANSIA® Plate, TRANSIA® AG, ａnd VIP® Gold.
