一般描述
Tryptic Soy Contact Agar + LT – ICR+ is designed for the determination of the total microbial aerobic ａnd anaerobic ｃount on dry, sanitized surfaces ａnd personnel in Clean rooms ａnd Isolators. It is a complex medium for cultivation ａnd isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts ａnd molds. The formulation of the Soybean Casein-Digest medium contains a combination of casein ａnd soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids ａnd longer-chained peptides. The medium is supplemented with the neutralizers like lecithin ａnd polysorbate 80 (Tween®) ａnd pyruvate to inactivate potential residues of disinfectants on dry surfaces. In addition, ICRplus plates (plus or “+”) are supplied with a lockable lid for safe transport after sampling without the risk of losing the lid. ICRplus plates are suitable for aerobic ａnd anaerobic incubation by turning the lid into the close position for aerobic incubation ａnd into the vent position for anaerobic incubation.
