應用
膜過濾水樣，然后在改良 M 腸球菌瓊脂 (Fluka® 17185) 上孵育膜過濾器，驗證膜過濾器上的腸球菌菌落
制備說明
Suspend 16.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Heat to boiling with frequent stiring. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C ａnd pour into sterile petri plates to a depth of 4-5 mm.
