Water-Soluble, Non-Fluorescing Mounting Medium formulated for mounting sections from aqueous solutions. Useful for immunofluorescent techniques as it enhances ａnd retains fluorescent stains.

Can also be used for frozen sections, fat stains ａnd immuno-stains when aqueous mounting media is required. Use Aqua-Poly/Mount with most fluorescent dyes ａnd stains including DAB, Alkaline Phosphatase-Fast Red, AEC （aminoethylcarbazole） ａnd a variety of other chromogens.

Aqua-Poly/Mount solidifies under coverslip on the microscope slide after 24 hours with the following laboratory conditions ａnd ambient temperature; relative humidity in winter time at greater than 20% ａnd relative humidity in the summer time of up to 50%.
