Background:      Indole-3 - acetic acid is a kind of endogenous auxin commonly exist in
the body of plants,It is indole compounds. Indole acetic acid can be synthesized. It has a
variety of physiological effects of auxin, ａnd it is related with its concentration.It Can
promote growth in low concentrations, high concentrations will inhibit the growth ａnd even
death,  the  inhibition  is  concerned  with  its  ability  to  induce  ethylene  formation.  The
physiological effects of auxin has two levels. At the cellular level, auxin can stimulate the
formation of the layer of cell division; stimulate branches of cell elongation, inhibition of
root cell growth; promote xylem ａnd phloem cell differentiation, promoting cutting hair root,
regulating the morphogenesis of callus. At organ ａnd whole plant level, auxin works from
seedling  to  fruit  ripening.  Auxin  inhibition;  reversible  red  light  control  of  hypocotyl
elongation  in  seedlings  transferred  to  the  branches  of  indole  acetic  acid  side,  the
branches geotropism; when the backlight side of the indole acetic acid transferred to the
branches  that  produce  branches  phototropism  ;  indole  acetic  acid  cause  apical
dominance ａnd leaf senescence; auxin applied to the leaves fall off, ａnd auxin applied to
the ionosphere near shaft for shedding; growth hormone promote flowering, induced the
development of a single fruit, delayed fruit ripening.
