Figure1 : PolyMag CRISPR co-transfection efficiency for CRISPR-Cas9 experiments. NIH-3t3, HeLa ａnd MDCK cells were plated in 24-well plates in complete medium at the optimum density of 50-70% confluence at the time of transfection. Cells were transfected with a GFP-Cas9 plasmid ａnd a RFP pDNA ａnd then incubated overnight at 37oC. GFP ａnd RFP expression was monitored 24h after transfection by fluorescence microscopy.
