FLIVO探針是什么？

FLIVO探針的活體使用對藥物測定研究很有價值，因為通過活體動物的熒光成像可測定藥物反應性所引起的凋亡水平升高或降低。凋亡水平的升高使得粘附的探針更多，因此熒光強度增加。此外，活體技術避免了從動物上取出細胞和組織的需要，這會進一步誘導凋亡。
