Human Club cell protein（CC16、CC10、子宮珠蛋白、尿蛋白1或克拉拉細胞分泌）是分泌珠蛋白家族的成員，是非連接的分泌產物。細支氣管Clara細胞，它的功能還有待充分闡明，但令人信服的數據表明其作為免疫調節劑和抗炎劑的作用。Club cell protein抑制磷脂酶A2活性以及干擾素γ信號傳導和Th1與Th2淋巴細胞調節。血清、血漿和支氣管肺泡灌洗液中的Clara細胞蛋白濃度測定。    

自1994年以來在眾多研究中使用的洗液。在血清中，它的增加與年齡和石棉、氯化氮和臭氧暴露。更高水平的CC16在結節病、肺纖維化和高PEEP通氣患者。血清減少在吸煙者和慢性病患者的肺切除術后發現CC16水平。阻塞性肺病、哮喘或二氧化硅暴露�；即瞬〉奶貉蛩幸舶l現CC16濃度降低。各種機制引起的肺發育不良（膈疝、糖尿�。┦群�、特納和唐氏綜合征）。在胸腔積液中，CC16濃度出現。與肺中CC16高水平的擴散有關。胸膜充血�；谝陨蠄蟮�，Club cell protein可能是肺部疾病和損傷有景的診斷標志物。
