試劑盒是固相夾心法酶聯免疫吸附實驗（ELISA）.已知濃度的標準品、未知濃度的樣品加入微孔酶標板內進行檢測.先將生物素標記的抗體同時溫育.洗滌后,加入親和素標記過的HRP.再經過溫育和洗滌,去除未結合的酶結合物,然后加入底物A、B,和酶結合物同時作用.產生顏色.顏色的深淺和樣品中的濃度呈比例關系.
