一般描述
N-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)-N-乙基碳二亞胺鹽酸鹽也稱EDAC HCl，是一種水溶性縮合劑。EDAC HCl常用于偶聯反應，以激活羧基與胺偶聯形成酰胺。另外，它能與磷酸基團反應。它已用于肽合成、將蛋白質與核酸交聯。
應用
N-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC hydrochloride) can be used as: - A water-soluble carbodiimide to facilitate peptide coupling reactions in alcohols.[1]
- A coupling agent along with HOBt to synthesize poly(glutamic acid) (PGA) polypeptides for the creation of non-fouling polypeptides that could be useful in a variety of biomedical applications.[2]
- A coupling reagent for the efficient synthesis of teriflunomide at the industrial scale.
- A water-soluble carbodiimide to facilitate peptide coupling reactions in alcohols.[1]
