注意事項：1.重復冷凍/融化循環可使抗體變性，導致其形成使抗體結合能力降低的聚集物。保存于-20℃對于大多數抗體是適當的；保存于-80℃無明顯優勢。冰箱不能為無霜型。這些冷凍和融化之間的循環（以減少結霜）恰恰是應該避免的。2.抗體試劑瓶應置于具有*小溫度波動的冰箱區域，例如朝冰箱后部放置而不是置于門架上。有些研究人員加入冷凍保護劑甘油達到50%的終濃度以防止冷凍/融化損傷；甘油可將凝固點降低至低于-20℃。雖然這對于很多抗體是可接受的，但是只有一小部分我們提供的抗體測試了在該保存條件下的穩定性，并且我們的保證僅使用于按數據表上的方式保存的抗體。不建議將包含甘油的溶液保存于-80℃，因為該溫度低于甘油的凝固點。請注意甘油可被細菌污染，如果加入甘油或任何冷凍保護劑，則應當小心操作，以得到無菌制備物。3.應避免抗體在稀釋至工作濃度后在4℃下保存超過一天。蛋白質在高濃度下保存時一般不易降解，理想的濃度為1mg/ml或更高。這是在抗體溶液中加入蛋白質例如BSA作為穩定劑的理論基礎。加入的蛋白質也有助于減少抗體因結合于容器壁上而造成的損失。對于打算進行偶聯的抗體而言，由于穩定蛋白質會與抗體競爭，降低了偶聯的效率，所以不應加入穩定蛋白質。溫馨提示：在實驗后，請注意回收稀釋的抗體�；厥盏目贵w在進行Western實驗時至少可以重復使用10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經使用過的稀釋抗體，4℃保存�；厥蘸笾貜褪褂玫目贵w，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復使用過程中發現抗體出現輕微混濁現象，可以10000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續檢測。如果回收的抗體出現明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
