該系列儀器是在帶圖像分析自動轉塔顯微硬度計基礎上，增加X－Y自動步進工作臺的控制，直接對硬度計進行控制和數據通訊，包括物鏡與壓頭自動轉換，設定控制自動加荷加載，單個壓痕或連續多個壓痕，設定步進距離，步進移動的模式，步進移動步長，步進自動移動，圖像分析軟件，自動記錄壓痕直徑與硬度值，自動繪制深度與硬度梯度的X—Y坐標曲線圖，自動進行硬度標尺轉換，準確確定和設置壓痕位置與試樣邊緣的距離，提供word和excel格式的測試報告，可按需求方便地插入試樣表面金相組織的圖像和硬度值曲線圖，用于測定滲碳層、電鍍層深度、氮化層、細小零件等金相組織結構的硬度測量，適用于熱處理、科研單位、大專院 校、軸承等檢測企業。
