產品簡介 Brief
本機1KG/2KG 數顯自動轉塔雙壓頭（HV/HK）硬度計，采用高精度定位結構裝置，在同一臺儀器上實現維氏和努氏雙壓頭可自選自動切換，定位誤差在2μm內，無需更換壓頭，作用：HV對金屬材料（如金屬薄片、細微小工件、硬化層、電鍍層、滲碳層等）的表面硬度，HK對非金屬（如玻璃、陶瓷、瑪瑙、珠寶等）脆性無法使用大力值測試的表面硬度，是用戶信賴的產品。
To determine micro hardness of finished surface of small-size or sheet-like parts, micro hardness of superficial layers such as electroplated, carburized ａnd nitrided layers, ａnd micro hardness of brittle materials such as agate, ceramics ａnd other non-metallic materials;
Also, to examine ａnd take photograph of microstructure of materials ａnd to determine micro hardness of the phase structure for analytical purpose.
It is equipped with two indenters （both Vickers ａnd Knoop indenters） on the turret, with a high accuracy of location within 2 um.
