來源：大腸桿菌。

外表：無菌過濾白色凍干（凍干）粉末。

配方：將蛋白質從濃度為1mg/ml的濃縮溶液中凍干，溶液為20mmTris-HCl，pH7。4和1M氯化鈉。

溶解度：建議在不低于100µg/ml的無菌18MΩ-cm H2O中重組凍干的堿性成纖維細胞生長因子，然后將其進步稀釋到其他水溶液中。
